Technology Integration and Training

JHNA trains and integrates new and existing technologies within military units, government agencies, and business organizations to ensure optimal utilization of the technology and the highest return on investment achievable.

JHNA is currently providing training and operational support for the America’s Army Future Soldier Trainer (FST), and other America’s Army game assets, to recruiting units across the country. We are helping the US Army Recruiting command integrate FST into recruiting exhibits and events hosted by recruiters to leverage the popular America’s Army video game. The FST is a dynamic and engaging video game exhibit that incorporates laser equipped mock-ups of current individual weapons and a 3D environment based on the America’s Army game engine. A robust suite of multimedia capabilities and internet capability ensure the recruiters have a complete set of tools to assist them in engaging target market recruits. JHNA associates combine extensive recruiting experience and familiarity with the architecture of the Army game to bring on-demand technical and marketing assistance to recruiters and advertising and public affairs personnel.

Currently, the team is working to integrate the Army’s primary 3-D training simulation system, Virtual Battle Space 2 (VBS2) with the existing America’s Army recruiting assets, including the FST and Army gaming laptop LAN kits.

JHNA team members also serve as event support technical consultants, providing technical support at recruiting events where the FST and Army gaming laptop LANS are deployed.  Recruiting personnel not familiar with the gaming equipment of the methods used to leverage them as productive recruiting tools find this resource invaluable, as JHNA technical consultants set up and provide on-site training related to the equipment, as well as provide recruiter support during the event.

JHNA has trained a wide array of units, including active army units, reserve units, cadet units, military police units, in various technologies.  We have helped organizations integrate new technologies and helped organizations get more out of their existing technologies.  We can help your business find new technology that meets your needs, or we can train your unit’s existing technology to ensure it is fully leveraged within your organization.

The presence of a JHNA team member in all five USAREC recruiting brigade footprints affords the Recruiting Command the ability to leverage the team in quickly integrating new technologies.  The team can quickly provide training and technology support for a wide variety of emerging technologies, as well as facilitate field work ranging from user requirements development, field trials and testing, new equipment training, or targeted refresher training for existing technologies.

JHNA Battalion Applications Trainers (BATs) are training Army recruiters to use the software applications in the Army Recruiting Information Support System (ARISS) in several different recruiting battalions across the United States. Almost all of our BATs have extensive military service with recruiting and training backgrounds. Their excellent training helps Army recruiters better use automation to more efficiently meet their recruiting mission goals.
