About JHNA: Quality Control

 

JHNA certifies that a quality control plan is in place to ensure that we deliver high quality services and deliverables for our clients. JHNA is a small business entity where Senior Associates are involved with the production of the organization on a continual basis. This program consists of the following elements:

  • JHNA conducts a minimum of at least one Senior Associate or Executive level review of products prior to being delivered to our customers
  • JHNA uses preventive measures such as ensuring information delivered to customers electronically has been screened by up to date virus detection software to preclude providing clients computer viruses
  • JHNA utilizes rigorous configuration control methods to ensure review comments are captured and corrective action is taken.
  • JHNA makes extensive use of Senior Associates to conduct appropriate employee training
  • JHNA Executive Director and Senior Associates approve pursuing contracts and accepting work orders only to that level that can be handled by the organization capabilities and the availability of sub contractors to complete the work in a timely and excellent manner
  • JHNA remains sensitive to precluding organizational conflicts of interest, and has procedures in place to effect necessary firewalls between personnel completing competing contracts for competing interests
  • JHNA sub contractors remain agile and committed to supporting all customers in meeting urgent requirements
