Jim Waldeck
Senior Associate
Jim Waldeck is President of Integritas Solutions Inc. He first started consulting with JHNA in August 2003. Jim graduated from West Point in 1981, was commissioned in the Field Artillery, and served in a variety of operational, training, and acquisition positions. His operational tours included company grade assignments in the 3d Armored Division and 82d Airborne Division and field grade assignments in the Southern European Task Force's infantry brigade staff and the U.S. Navy's Sixth Fleet staff. While assigned to the Security Assistance Command's Office of the Program Manager for the Saudi Arabian National Guard modernization project, Jim supported the Saudi Arabian National Guard's Military School where he advised senior Saudi officers in the School and supervised a 55-man contractor team as they developed training materials for the soon-to-be-fielded LAV variants. Jim's acquisition assignments included the TRADOC Systems Manager for Rockets and Missiles Systems, where he developed requirements documentation for these systems, and the Army's Test and Evaluation Command as division chief for rockets and missiles systems, where he planned and coordinated test and evaluation of developmental systems. He retired from the Army in 2001. Jim has since provided acquisition, programmatic, and test and evaluation support to the PM for the Joint Biological Point Detection System and to the Defense Systems directorate of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics. Jim joined JHNA in 2003, where he has developed concepts, requirements, architecture, and systems engineering products in support of advanced technology programs such as Future Force Warrior and Unmanned Autonomous Collaborative Operations. His skills and qualifications include the Ranger tab and the Master Parachutist badge. His graduate degree is from Central Michigan University.
