Robert Lee began his military career in 1984 as a Communications specialist with the 27th United States Army Field Artillery Unit in Erzurum, Turkey. He followed that assignment with a tour as an RTO for the 10th Mountain Division, 1/22nd Infantry and 10th Medical Battalion, Ft Drum N.Y. Rob then spent the remaining 16 ½ years of his career with the United States Army Recruiting Command. His assignments included Field Recruiter, Station Commander, Battalion Master Trainer, and Brigade Senior Trainer and Schools NCO where he gained several awards as a superior recruiting and training NCO. Rob is a graduate of the US Army Air Assault Course, Basic Recruiting Course, Station Commander Course, and the Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course. Rob retired after 21+ years in July 2005 and accepted the GS-9-Event Marketing Officer for the Army 6th Recruiting Brigade and later a GS-11 position as Deputy Chief of Advertising. Because of his passion for the Americas Army Game and success as a recruiter, as well as being a Beta Tester for the game, Rob is currently advising USAREC on the Recruiting and Integration of the Americas Army Game assets into recruiting marketing initiatives and recruiting operations. He lives in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife Deb and their 4 children, Anthony, Adam, Andrea, and Aften. Aften is in the Navy aboard the USS George Washington. On his off time Rob enjoys spending time with his two grandchildren Corbin (age 2) and Jarrett (age 1).
