Title: Future Combat Systems Technical Consultation with Team Focused Vision

Summary: From May 2001 until January of 2002, JHNA provided technical consultation on Future Combat System (FCS) concepts Phase I in Plano, Texas. The company formed an integral part of the Team Focused Vision consortium partnering with several companies including General Dynamics Land Systems and Raytheon FCS. JHNA provided two efforts of support that consisted of both an original concept development and a soldier system of systems assessment.

The company's initial effort focused on original concept creation and development during the FCS Phase I program. JHNA consultants provided top notch results that entailed developing products that included organizational designs, requirements analysis, basis of issue plans, and operational concepts for employing the FCS platforms. The focus of the operational concepts developments was wide ranging and included maneuver operations, sustainment operations, strategic lift considerations, from among the multiple Battlefield operating systems.

JHNA's second program focus was conducting a soldier system of systems assessment in support of the FCS Phase I program. Team Focused Vision relied on JHNA to provide technical consultation on soldier system issues and develop concepts that included an assessment of six functional areas including soldier survivability, lethality, mobility, sustainability, command and control, and training.

Deliverables: At the conclusion of JHNA's involvement with Team Focused Vision, the company provided an actionable concept deliverable to the government that included a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation, and a Word document with imbedded graphics and pictures.
